The senior officers of the company including the senior managers or the directors should take the responsibility that everything goes in a well organized way in the company. The management should also give importance to the shareholders of the company which includes a profit for them. Apart from this a company should manufacture the products at reasonable prices for all the customers and should provide proper incentives to them. It is a must for any company that the employees of the company work with full dedication and loyalty. It may happen sometimes that some of the employees are satisfied with the work whereas some others may feel dissatisfied. In that case it becomes our duty to understand the needs of all the employees and try to fulfill them. Proper incentive schemes as well as the bonuses help the employees in overcoming their dissatisfaction. Our company is one of the biggest business enterprises in the world. We have hundreds of employees who have been dedicatedly working with us since many years.

We have a team of experts and professionals who have been trained by us in the previous years and now they are giving their best to the company. Now those staff members are capable enough of training the others as well. Not only this they have worked with full dedication .They work together cooperatively and in a well coordinated manner and consider our company as their own. But at times we have observed that there were some clashes among the people in our company which was just because of the groupism that was generated in the company. We struggled a lot to eliminate the same from our company and as of now we are working together with a close bonding. At a point of time it was also observed that the employees had a lot of dissatisfaction among them because of the low incentives scheme. We immediately implemented a scheme regarding that and made necessary changes in the incentives of the employees and they are now happy and comfortable in working.
